I no longer have the deep cracks in my skin that burn when I do a massage and/or wash my hands, and I actually did five hours of massage today.

I realize that EFAs, as well as vitamins A and E, are suggested in the “Beat Eczema” cure. But, I thought I’d add them later after finishing the apple detox — WRONG!!!
