Brenda talks about her background and how she got started with Bowen Therapy.  She mentions conditions it addresses (sciatica, TMJ, carpal tunnel syndrome, migraines, fibromyalgia, infertility, frozen shoulder, joint problems, neck and back pain).  Testimonials are given for neck and back pain, scoliosis, and neuropathy.  Included is a description of how Bowen is performed and the fact that it can also be done remotely.

Brenda talks about Tom Bowen and the history of Bowen Therapy, plus a description of Bowen Therapy, how it works, and what a session is like.  Specific conditions mentioned are fibromyalgia, migraines, TMJ, post-surgery conditions, restless legs, itching, stress and anxiety.  Brenda also gives credit to those who have mentored her.

Brenda reads a tribute to the late Tom Bowen in memory of his recent birthday. She also describes aspects of Bowen Therapy – its vibrations, how it restores your body and regulates the nervous system, as well as the difference between Bowen and other modalities.  She talks about what a session is like and how the body typically responds.  Also mentioned is the topic of fascia:  what it is; why it’s important; and how it responds to Bowen.

This starts with a live testimony by Becky about scoliosis and is followed later by a live testimonial by Celia about concussion as well as neck pain. Brenda begins with a different slant on what Bowen Therapy is.  Candy gives a live testimonial of her Bowen therapy experiences over the years.  David calls in to ask questions.  Barry calls in with questions about his neck issue, nerve impingement, and sciatica. Brenda, mentions the film, The Living Matrix, and how Bowen Therapy relates to an aspect of this film.  Another Bowen practitioner, Lisa, calls in with her testimonial about Brenda and to give another aspect of Bowen therapy that has not been brought up – hospice care.  Brenda also discusses how Bowen is different than other therapies.
